| The Neverwhere Records CD Giveaway is open to residents of the U.S.A. and its territories. Employees of Neverwhere Records, its sponsors, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the families of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law or otherwise regulated. Winners will be notified via email when they are drawn. If confirmation by the winner is not received in the form of an email or call by the deadline posted at the bottom of their email, the winner's status will be forfeited and the prize will go to the next runner up. Only one entry per person per month will be accepted. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner's name and/or likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and its agencies assume no responsibilities or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. |
