BILLING POLICY
We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and MONEY ORDER as forms of payment. We do not
accept C.O.D. as payment. We do not accept personal checks -- they will be returned to you.
Credit card fraud is a federal offense. Neverwhere Records will prosecute any fraudulent person to the fullest extent of the law.

- Credit Card Purchases -

The following information must be provided in order to process a credit card order:

The Full Name of the credit card holder.The Billing Address of the credit card holder (the address at which the credit card holder receives his/her credit card bill).The minimum charge for a credit card order is $10.00 (total amount - including shipping charges).

A problematic order (due to a declined credit card, an incorrect credit card number/expiration date, or unverified Billing Address) will be put on "hold" for 48 hours. We will make every attempt to contact the customer in order to correct the situation during this time period. After this time period, unsolved orders will be automatically cancelled

- Money Order Purchases -
Orders payable by money order can be placed via our website. Money Orders MUST be sent with a copy of the order and/or the order number. If we receive payment without an order number, we will return the money order to you via U.S. Mail. Items may sometimes be out of stock when we receive your payment, so please list some alternatives you may want. If not, we will apply it as credit for future purchases. Money orders are payable to "Neverwhere Records" in US funds only. Send money orders and a copy of your Order Form to:

SHIPPING POLICY
Most items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order. All orders will be carefully packaged and legibly addressed. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any package shipped to a customer -- this is the responsibility of the respective carrier (United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service). We are willing to assist you in the investigation of the loss or damage of your package.

UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box -- you must use USPS.

International orders may be delayed due to the respective country's Customs Department. International orders may be subjected to additional charges due to duties, tariffs, or taxes.

RETURN POLICY
All sales are considered final. Defective items can be exchanged for an identical item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us before attempting a return and receive a Return Authorization. We will not accept any unauthorized returns or exchanges. The customer must pay for the returned item's shipping costs -- we will pay for the replacement item's shipping cost.

Occasionally, CDs arrive without plastic shrink-wrap. We guarantee that unwrapped CDs are new items.

It is our policy to keep your Name, Address, Phone, Email, and Credit Card information on file. We will not rent or sell your information to a third party without your permission. Occasionally, we send out newsletters concerning new releases via email to our customers.
